ABOUT vApex Racing Group

vApex Racing Group (Pronounced V - Apex) is a SimRacing Team with professional real world training programs, including racing simulators such as iRacing and future specialized simulators for real world applications. We have a wide range of members who have real world experience as Driving Instructors, Crew Chiefs, Crew Members and Race Car Drivers for Professional and Amateur Racing Teams. 

 

Team Founder Ted Severns has transitioned his real world racing experience to iRacing to form the Team.  Ted has been an Instructor for National Auto Sport Association (NASA) for several years and also developed the Spec Focus Series with NASA.  From 2005-2009 Ted was National Series Director for NASA's Spec Focus Series.  He has also worked with professional race teams in Mustang Challenge, World Challenge and United States Touring Car Series. 

 

We welcome all members of our community from all skill levels and experience backgrounds.  We base our membership on personality, Safety Rating (2.0 minimum), and License Class (B and above). To get started, simply fill out our Driver Registration on our Contact Page.
